Health, Safety, and Well-Being
Once a term, a group of staff meet to ensure safety and well-being is always a top priority, to keep staff, students, families, and visitors, safe. Safety and Safeguarding always come first.
The meetings ensure polices are in place, are effective, and are being adhered to, as well as, undertaking site walks, health and safety audits, and planning well-being events for staff and pupils.
The headteacher is a committee member, and she brings information regarding staff well-being, including assaults, injuries, accidents, and how well-being is prioritised by the leadership team.
